Steve hadn't gone back to Manhattan for the good Chinese food but he was definitely using dinner to bribe Tony out of the lab again. He poked his into the lab and held up the bag of Thai food. "If you want any of the chicken satay, you need to put your work down for ten minutes," he said, smiling. "Patriot smelled the peanut sauce and is getting very pushy."

"I did," Steve said with a smile. "And there's also pad thai."

"Stopping is good then," Tony said, making grabby hands.

Steve laughed. "You have to leave the lab this time," he said. "Just for a half hour."

Steve snorted. "It's not that far a walk, Tony."

"But I'm exhausted from the science," Tony said, putting the back of his hand to his forehead in an exaggerated swoon.

Steve burst out laughing. Sorry, Tony. "Really?"

Tony nodded in a way he really hoped was pathetic looking. "The stairs are just too much."

"That's very dire," Steve said, eyes sparkling.

Steve laughed as he put the dinner sacks down and leaned in to kiss him. "If you want me to boss you around, just say so," he murmured.

"Oh, is that it?" Tony said with a laugh.

"I think that's part of it," Steve said, smiling as he caged Tony against the work table.

"Well," Tony said, grinning shamelessly and flushing a little at just how much he did indeed enjoy that.

Steve's smile widened slightly in reply as he shifted closer. "Or we can stay here and make out, then reheat the food," he offered.

"Oh, now that is tempting," Tony murmured, pulling on Steve's hips to bring him in for another kiss.

Steve grinned. "I get good ideas too," he agreed.

"You do," Tony agreed readily. "And I love them."

Steve kissed him again. "And I know how you feel about this lab," he said, resting his hands on Tony's hips.

"Yes, please," Tony said with a little twist of his lips.

Steve smiled as he slid his fingers below Tony's waistband. "So tell me how this goes, when you imagine it," he murmured.

Tony hummed, spreading his legs a little to invite Steve closer. "Up on the table."

Steve lifted Tony up onto the table, smiling. "Easy enough. Clothes on or off?" He nipped the skin just under Tony's left ear. "I'm good keepin' em on."
