Steve had reached out to Natasha (through several layers of encryption and burner phones because Natasha, at least, understood how to lay low) and was now in his very best incognito outfit (beard, jeans, baseball cap, sunglasses) with Tony (in generally the same outfit), trying to appear casual as they walked around one of those giant outdoor outlet malls waiting for Natasha to make contact.

"She said she'd drop a pin with where she is in--" Steve glanced at his watch, "--eight and a half minutes. You've got the test with you?"

He'd asked that about four times already, but he was anxious.

Steve leaned back against the sofa with a happy sigh. "You feel good."

"That's the goal," he teased quietly.

Steve nuzzled the other side of Tony's neck. "Mission accomplished, then."

"Yaaay." Unnecessary, Anthony.

Steve chuckled softly. "Yay?" he repeated.

"I like accomplishing goals," Tony said with a playful grin. "Especially when it comes to you."

Steve blushed. "What is your goal right now?" he asked.

"Spending an evening with my husband," Tony said with a small grin.

Steve settled his hands low on Tony's hips. "I like the sound of that."

"Well, isn't that a lucky coincidence," he teased again.

Steve kissed him again. "I like when we're in sync."

Tony hummed into that kiss, doing his best to illustrate his agreement without words.

Steve cradled the back of Tony's head, needing the closeness and sweetness.

"Love you," Tony murmured, shifting forward like he couldn't be close enough to him.

"Love you too," Steve said, kissing a trail along Tony's collarbone.

"I think... you need to leave some marks," Tony decided with a sigh.

Steve sucked hard on the skin he'd been kissing. "Like here?"

"Yes," Tony hissed, pulling him closer.

Steve was just going to settle there for a long moment, then, and leave a bruise.

"More of that," he sighed.

Steve moved to another spot and bit down. "JARVIS, could we get some mood music, please?" he murmured.

"Mood music, huh?" Tony asked with a quiet laugh.

Well, there wasn't a movie on in the background for them to ignore.

"It's a little quiet," Steve said as JARVIS put on something instrumental and ignorable. "And I plan on taking my time--"

"Oh, I like that idea," Tony replied, tugging on Steve's hair.

"I thought you might," Steve said with a smile. "And we haven't really broken this sofa in properly--"
